Let me start off by saying, I am so glad you are here.

I am delighted by the possibility of providing counseling services to your child and family. Seeking support is a major step that takes courage and insight. I believe counseling to be a safe and supportive place to explore concerns that may be causing difficulties or to enhance personal insight and understanding. Whether your child is struggling with big behaviors and emotions or having a difficult time navigating major life changes, I'm here to help.

I work primarily with children, adolescents, and families, and address concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, self-esteem, neurodiversity, and emotional regulation.

I use a combination of play therapy, person centered therapy, and attachment theory to best serve the families I see. I am a Registered Play Therapist^TM and have seen first hand the power of play with the clients I have served. I am certified in Autplay® therapy and have experience providing services to neurodivergent children and their families. I recognize the uniqueness each client brings to session and adapt to fit each client and family’s individual need, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

A child cannot exist outside of the system they are a part of so parents can anticipate an active role within services. I am trained in Theraplay, a play therapy approach based in attachment theory with a goal of enhance attachment, self-esteem, trust in others, and joyful engagement between parent and child.

My goal as a therapist is to provide you and your child with the tools needed to grow.

I view myself as a companion for the ups and downs. I aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment where the children and adults I work with feel supported. My goal is never to rescue but to join with you and your child in the darkness and help instill light to guide you out.
